My name is Daniel Severson, and I created Severson Coastal Outfitters to be more than just another fishing website. My goal is to build a place where anglers of all experience levels can find reliable information, learn new techniques, discover productive fishing locations, and find quality gear that has been tested on the waters of Northeast Florida.

Whether you’re casting from the beach, fishing the jetties, exploring the Intracoastal Waterway, or heading offshore, I hope this site helps you spend more time catching fish and less time guessing.

Why I Started This Website

Fishing has always been more than a hobby for me. It’s a chance to get outdoors, spend time with family and friends, and enjoy everything the Florida coast has to offer.

Over the years, I’ve learned that good information can make all the difference. Knowing when the tide changes, what bait is working, where fish are feeding, or how to rig your tackle properly can turn an average trip into a memorable one.

I wanted to create a website that brings all of those resources together in one place.

From pre-tied rigs to custom floats and other tackle, every product is designed with durability and performance in mind. I believe that dependable equipment shouldn’t cost a fortune, and I’ll continue adding products that I personally use and trust.

If I wouldn’t fish with it myself, I won’t sell it.
